Carolien is amazing. She’s kind and caring and can listen between the lines. When I embroid and need several sentences to say something, she can “fix it” to just a few words and it’s exactly what I wanted to say if I could have boiled it down. It feels safe to talk to her, like talking to a really good friend, where nothing you say is wrong. She’s there for you every step of the way. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
