- 12 deep sessions to work 1 or 2 specific areas of life that you prioritise. We work on 1 issue very in-depth in 12 sessions, or 2 areas of life of your choice, in 6 sessions each.*
- 4 exploration & learning sessions to gain focus and learning & practicing self-work so you can continue growing after the program is over.
- 8 video’s with lifetime access, to assist you with self-practice work and understand the concepts we put into practice
- A digital workbook – The self-practice and progress is supported by worksheets.
- You get homework assignments of up to 15/20 minutes a day. You can miss it, but you will want to do this homework!
*We cannot guarantee any outcome, neither can a time frame be fixed. At times someone needs to work for a good amount of sessions before true relief is experienced. This does not mean they do not have any relief in between though. During the consultation call an indication may be given.
Most of the time, 6 sessions are enough per specific issue to resolve it or to have a noticeable and life changing effect.

Summary

This is an INDIVIDUAL program, meaning all personal sessions are 1:1 only. There are also some videos, they are of course, video’s. - Duration: 6 months
- Your time investment: 1.5 hours per week for sessions or homework, and 15/20 minutes for exercises per day.

Part 1: Creating the map
3 weeks (month 1)

- We will look at the future – where do you want to be instead.
- Based on these insights, you will decide where you want to focus with the deep work for this program.
Supported by three 1:1 sessions and a bit of homework. (you will receive video’s of the instructions & the educational part of the sessions).
Part 2: First focus set
9 weeks (month 2 and 3)

Integration in real life, and looking forward

From your internal world, to the areas of your life where you would like to integrate, we have the remaining coaching sessions to focus on the tail ends of what we have so far worked on.
By the end of the integration:
- Most people experience their life as if it has had a metamorphosis, even if they technically speaking still live the same life.
- Many have implemented or started to implement changes to their life (like made improvements to their house, lifestyle or relationships, changed a job, took decisions that were pending).
- Most of them feel so much lighter and experience much more clarity.

I really need this program, but I am too busy. Will I be able to do this side by side?
You know your schedule, and availability, best. If this program is important to you, you will undoubtedly find the time somehow. Sessions can be scheduled as per your convenience, and as per my availability.
Keep in mind that the ‘Getting down to the work’ sessions may leave you feeling tired and your body will ask for rest to recover. You can watch the video’s at any convenient time. It is advisable to watch them in the gap weeks between sessions as suggested, and you will need to do the matching homework before the next session, or we will be doing that in the session itself and that would be a pity of our time together.
I have no experience with coaching or therapy, is this also for me?
Of course! This program works when you have done prior work, courses, sessions or had loads of inner growth experience, and also when you have primarily your own life experience to your disposal.
I am a bit scared about ‘homework assignments’. It sounds like a lot of work. What do they entail?
To create lasting change for yourself, it helps to repeat and engage with your mental and emotional state regularly. This program encourages you to spend some time every day growing your awareness in the beginning, and taking charge of emptying your daily cup (of stress) later on. This may mean spending some dedicated time every day, between 10 and 30 minutes. How much exactly you spend depends a bit on your needs and what you are able and willing to put in. This is really a gift to yourself!
The more you do, the more you will benefit, also after the program, from the work you put in. E.g., if you try to continue the work on your own if you didn’t practice during the program, will be quite hard.
I would like to do this program online entirely, is that possible?
Yes, the program is setup to be able to do it entirely online. If you live in or near Eindhoven (Netherlands), in-person sessions can be arranged.
How can I know that I will be doing better after doing this? I do not have a great experience with other programs. They promised a lot and did not give me the results.
There is no program that can guarantee an outcome. However, 90% of the people I worked with the changes were roughly the change that they hoped for after discussing the scope and possibilities with me. Often they got more, because a change like this never shows it’s magic in only 1 area of life.
Of course, if after we start, you feel this work is not a match for you, or I am not, and you let me know early, we will make an arrangement to return the remaining payment.
Is this therapy?
This program has a coaching setup, meaning, I will not tell you what to do and I have no treatment program. It is setup for you to discover what is going on for you, where you would like to make changes, and then I support you to make the changes by walking through whatever it is that stops you from already having made them. Learning how to deal with your emotions is a big part of this program, and you will learn how to do that on your own as well. Another aspect that get frequently covered in 1:1 sessions is communication with important others and insights about what is really important to you, which provides a lot of clarity and calm.
I use coaching techniques and Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques and Inner Child work if the situation calls for it, and a large dose of my experience of working with people.
