Others are dependent on you. You care about how your kids are raised and that your house is taken care of. You could never just step out.

They are not going to be there forever.” But you feel so tired of adjusting. And yet you really don’t want to fight with your in-laws.

Join the 6 month program “Transform your life”​

  • 12 deep sessions to work 1 or 2 specific areas of life that you prioritise. We work on 1 issue very in-depth in 12 sessions, or 2 areas of life of your choice, in 6 sessions each.*
  • 4 exploration & learning sessions to gain focus and learning & practicing self-work so you can continue growing after the program is over.
  • 8 video’s with lifetime access, to assist you with self-practice work and understand the concepts we put into practice
  • A digital workbook – The self-practice and progress is supported by worksheets.
  • You get homework assignments of up to 15/20 minutes a day. You can miss it, but you will want to do this homework!

*We cannot guarantee any outcome, neither can a time frame be fixed. At times someone needs to work for a good amount of sessions before true relief is experienced. This does not mean they do not have any relief in between though. During the consultation call an indication may be given.
Most of the time, 6 sessions are enough per specific issue to resolve it or to have a noticeable and life changing effect.

By the end of this program:​

  • You have clarity for yourself about what YOU find important and what you do not need to take as much tension about. Eg, as long as your kids eat healthy food, you can prioritize what your work asks of you.
  • You can talk more clearly in a way that your partner can understand. Especially about what you want of them. Their (imperfect) contribution and/or any other solutions that you come up with reduces the burden on your shoulders.
  • You have created a bit of ‘me’ space that gives you that sense of freedom in a manageable way, and you started having a taste for more and the confidence that you can create that too.
  • You have started creating boundaries around what you really value. Be it the treatment of your kids or your own time, it is easier to say ‘no’ now. And that makes you feel so strong and stable in your own shoes.
  • No longer flooded with the requirements of others, you are able to create a healthy, interesting life for yourself. You have taken some small steps and feel inspired about the things you will be implementing soon.

Summary

  • Start: This program will be ready to start from April 1st. After that, you can start any time.
    This is an INDIVIDUAL program, meaning all personal sessions are 1:1 only. There are also some videos, they are of course, video’s.
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Your time investment: 1.5 hours per week for sessions or homework, and 15/20 minutes for exercises per day.
  • Introduction Price: €855  —- ONLY available till APRIL 30 2026 (the value is €1595, which is based on the amount of personal support you receive).
  • Option to pay in 3 times (€297 per 2 months, you pay €36 administration costs – coming to a total of €297) OR
    pay in 6 times (€155 per month, you pay €75 administration costs – coming to a total of €930)

Part 1: Creating the map

3 weeks (month 1)

  • You will map the various areas of life that contribute to you being in the state you currently are.
  • We will look at the future – where do you want to be instead.
  • Based on these insights, you will decide where you want to focus with the deep work for this program.

Supported by three 1:1 sessions and a bit of homework. (you will receive video’s of the instructions & the educational part of the sessions).

Part 2: First focus set

9 weeks (month 2 and 3)

In-depth sessions, interlaced with supporting coaching sessions/video’s (I will do 1:1 sessions till the video’s are available):

  • self observation
  • Support yourself by Sleep & Health practices
  • Learn to emotionally regulate

By the end of this most people start noticing the first big shifts in their life.

Part 3: Midway break

2 weeks

A bit of a breather, and an evaluation call.

Part 4: Second focus set

7 weeks (month 4 and 5)

In-depth sessions, with one mid-way session to check on the self-help aspect of the program.

By the end of this focus set most people have the taste of change, and are also able to work a bit on themselves on their own (self regulation for daily things).

Part 5:
Integration in real life, and looking forward

5 weeks (month 6)

From your internal world, to the areas of your life where you would like to integrate, we have the remaining coaching sessions to focus on the tail ends of what we have so far worked on.

By the end of the integration:

  • Most people experience their life as if it has had a metamorphosis, even if they technically speaking still live the same life.
  • Many have implemented or started to implement changes to their life (like made improvements to their house, lifestyle or relationships, changed a job, took decisions that were pending).
  • Most of them feel so much lighter and experience much more clarity.
